A guided relaxation practice. After a brief introduction, the practitioner lies down for around 35 minutes on a yoga mat, covered with a blanket, eyes closed, in a comfortable and relaxed posture, observing his/her breath and listening to the words of the instructor, who leads him/her in a technique of deep relaxation. In the practice of Yoga Nidra, the person remains awake and aware, restoring balance and well-being and promoting a meditative state.
Bring warm, comfortable and loose clothing. Come on an empty stomach (at least 1.30-2 hours after your last meal). If possible, bring a yoga mat and blanket and a small pillow for your head if you need one.
