We propose an immersive experience in nature, with various proposals along the way to develop mindfulness through the senses. We meditate on the move, walking in silence so that all our attention is focused on observing and becoming aware of the present moment. This journey of the senses, this “mindful walking”, invites us to turn off the automatic pilot and become more aware of ourselves and our surroundings. The journey is slow because the way we experience and savor the path is more important than the destination.
Through the various exercises on offer, you will connect with nature by touch, feeling certain textures, through the sounds of nature, the scents of the earth, by sight through guided observation of certain elements of nature and you will also have a unique moment of guided meditation to sharpen your sense of taste. Participants should bring a glass of tea, blindfolds or a large scarf to cover their eyes and a bag or towel to sit on the floor (if the floor is wet, a bag is better), water and snacks. Sensory experience in partnership with Carla Milhano from @mindfulness.engageyoursenses
